Lately I’ve been eating nothing but various wraps and pita pockets :3 This is one of my favorite wraps to make:
Ingredients:
-Spinach Tortilla Wrap (Trader Joe’s)
-1/4 cup black beans
-1/2 cup with a mix of veggies: tomato, red bell pepper, spinach, etc
-3 tbsp mozzarella
-2 tbsp chipotle hummus
Directions:
Warm tortilla for 15 seconds in the microwave. Spread Hummus over tortilla.
Warm black beans & veggies on stove or in microwave until cooked throughly.
Top with mozzarella cheese, stir, then add to tortilla and wrap like a burrito. Enjoy!
Healthy chocolate brownie

Ingredients
1 TBSP whole wheat flour
1 TBSP sugar (do not substitute)
1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
a pinch of baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 TBSP of low fat vanilla yogurt, add more if needed to blend the mixture
Directions
Mix it all up, pop it in the microwave for just over a minute, enjoy :)

My new favorite drink

I don’t know what it is about almond milk, but I can’t get enough of green tea lattes with Vanilla Almond milk. I just steep my tea in 6-8 fl oz of hot water and add about two tablespoons of almond milk on the top. It’s wonderful<3
